Customer Service Representative
Account support for a pre‐defined territory
Working with a sales team and all internal departments (purchasing, production, etc.)
Contact with customers
Responsible for handling and following through with all customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Ensure timely resolution of critical customer requests
Supporting account manager in the development order process

Personality requirements and skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to communicate in English langugae
University Degree
2 or more years of experience working directly with external customer base
