Senior Recruiter
•Responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes starting with a job requisition until the hiring process is completed. Act as one point of contact to the hiring managers, HR BPs and other stakeholders
•Responsible for developing and executing suitable sourcing strategies to maximize position exposure to target audiences. This may include working with other recruiters, colleges and universities and other external recruitment agencies
•Effectively create awareness around employee’s referral program
•Responsible for briefing with hiring managers, fine-tune job descriptions and identify key job responsibilities and criteria for success in order to source candidates effectively. Create appealing job advertisements and post to ATS and other relevant channels
•Provide effective screening and pre-selection using all relevant tools and conduct initial interviews to increase quality of short list towards hiring managers
•Schedule interviews with interview teams and participate on request. Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure effective job interviews and assessment against relevant criteria
•Responsible for candidates’ assessment incl. invitation, evaluation and feedback to both candidates and managers.
•Facilitate a discussion towards selection of the best suitable candidate, negotiation and offer extension, run background and reference checks
•Implement global Employment Branding strategies and initiatives and adapt to local needs. Play active part and be ambassadors for promoting company as employer of choice.
•Accountable for the full candidate experience from the time applicants first contact the company to post interview follow-up
•Provide guidance to hiring managers and candidates during the offer definition. Cooperate tightly with local HR Operations teams to ensure a seamless handover during the offer process/employment and onboarding steps

Personality requirements and skills
•Graduate with a HR qualification (preferred)
•3 - 5 years of full life cycle talent acquisition experience preferably within technical or sales orientated industry or personal agency
•Fluent Slovakian and English language skills, other European languages would be an asset
•Excellent networking and communication skills
•A team player and willingness to support when needed on various recruiting initiatives and projects
•Self-motivation, strong time management and organization skills
•Proficient user of ATS systems (e.g. Kenexa/2xBrassring) and MS Office
