About the role:
Quality, validation and risk management Champion, actively supporting new products development and post launch change control activities.
Your key duties and responsibilities:
• Ensuring that Design Control requirements including development of Design and Development plans meet regulatory and applicable procedural requirements, as well as reviewing and approving design control document outputs, with close cooperation with Manufacturing Quality Engineers to assure appropriate Validation Planning and a robust Design Transfer
• Influencing and assuring quality and compliance in Design and develops plans for post launch / lifecycle management activities
• Providing leadership as subject expert in Design Control and actively supporting and influencing development teams in the translation of User Needs to Design Inputs, Design Outputs, Design Verification and Design Validation activities, and timely Design Reviews
• Developing Quality Control Plans in line with the standards and requirements appropriate for the type of product
• Champion of Risk Management activities through leadership, facilitation and active support during Product Development, and Post Launch Change Control activities
• Performing internal and supplier process audits as required to support business, using audit as a proactive tool for improvement as well as compliance
Candidates with education suit the position:
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Educational Specialization:
in Science or Engineering - preferred
Language skills:
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
During last years you worked within regulated industry in a quality role supporting product development process, so you have a good understanding of regulatory and ISO compliance requirements, quality tools, as well as design controls, risk management and test method validation and transfer. Having experience in working in cross-functional, multinational environment you are aware of the need of proactive and flexible approach in adapting to changing environment. You prefer your day to day role to be filled with challenges requiring logical thinking skills, proactivity and usage of statistical knowledge.
Education/Qualifications:
• Proficiency with PC programs, statistical tools (e.g. Minitab) and MS Project and SAP knowledge is advantage
• Knowledge of quality tools such as Quality Control Plans, Test Method validation and transfer, Statistics, Experimental Designs, Root Cause Analysis, Process validation, Process Optimization
• Proficiency with risk management tools such as FMEA, Process Mapping, Hazard Analysis
• Experience with ISO 14971
• Six Sigma knowledge, experience and certification is preferable
