MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communication with customers via email and phone
- To solve queries and provide customer service
- To solve technical issues
- Working in internal system
- Order and invoice processing into system
- Maintenance of database
- Administrative and supporting team activities
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience from similar position would be an advantage
- Communicative and proactive personality
- Customer service orientation
- Team player
- Advanced/Fluent Dutch
